The castle is stunningly located and beautiful, the vistas into the land are great. I found the tour a bit disappointing as one only gets to see a couple of rooms on the 1st floor; the upper floors are not accessible to the public, and the chapels were fenced off except for the entrance as well. At the time we visited, the only English tour was at 2pm. If you don't speak German make sure to check the schedule when planning your visit. (hint: if you're a morning person, visit the chapel of Maria Zell near Boll in the morning, and do the 30 minute hike up the hill to Zellerhornwiese [on Google Maps] for a stunning view of the castle; in the afternoon and evening the sun backlights the castle which is less fortunate.)
